-An empty water bottle

-If you have trouble being on the floor(we have mats, blankets, and bolsters) please feel free to bring a Zero Gravity chair or pillows/ whatever makes you most comfortable.

-Any items you work with energetically that you would like to cleanse/recharge.

-Your Singing Bowl

Sound Therapy/Sound Bathing is an ancient practice that uses sound resonance as an invitation to your body, to re-align with it's natural frequency/vibrational state. This deeply immersive full-body listening experience is gentle yet powerful in it's therapeutic and restorative effects.

As our community space continues to grow and reveal it's "course" I am showing up to meet it and you in the moment. I encourage you to please bring any singing bowl you have ,as well as to share with me any ailments you are currently dealing with.
