-If you have trouble being on the floor(we have mats, blankets, and bolsters) please feel free to bring a Zero Gravity chair or pillows/ whatever makes you most comfortable.

-Any items you work with energetically that you would like to cleanse/recharge.

Sound Therapy/Sound Bathing is an ancient practice that uses sound resonance as an invitation to your body, to re-align with it's natural frequency/vibrational state. This deeply immersive full-body listening experience is gentle yet powerful in it's theraputic and restorative effects.

The classes I hold space for just like in my private sessions and practice are integrative and woven together with the client/participant in mind. I take a multi-layered approach using several vibrational medicine modalities.
