Come celebrate the summer solstice with Dragonfly Wellness!

The Summer Solstice--which is also the first official day of summer and the longest day of the year--is a time of rebirth, renewal, and celebration. In this workshop, we will move through practices that promote balance, clarity, and deep, rejuvenating rest.

In the first part of the workshop, Cassie will lead a slow-flowing yoga sequence designed to balance the chakras, which are seven energy centers within the metaphysical body. Beginning with our connection to the ground beneath us, we’ll move upwards through the chakras: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, and throat. Lauren in turn, will play the crystal singing bowls connected to each chakra throughout the class, bathing the room with each bowl’s rich, vibrational music.

The Second part of the workshop will focus on the third eye and crown chakras, as Cassie and Lauren lead a guided meditation before holding space for students to fall into the bliss of savasana--though there might be a few surprises sprinkled throughout!
