Therapeutic Massage:

Let’s talk about the “issues in your tissues”…where and how is your body talking to you? Are you needing full body relaxation and restoration? Are you healing or receiving from injury or surgery? Do you have chronic or acute pain? Drawing from the multidiscipline skill set and tool bag I have brought together over the years this session with be curated to meet you and your body’s (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) where you are.

Chakra Reading and Healing Support:

These sessions are deeply layered. We start with a 7-9 card spread covering your main energies centers (plus potentially 2 additional energy centers). After we unfold and bring to light the information and energetics at play within each Chakra we will co-create an energy balancing session and follow through work that has been revealed specifically for you. This may include the use of flower essences, crystals, essential oils, etc…in addition to the multi-layered energy modalities that will be woven together specifically with and for you.

Reiki:

A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. This healing art is an effective delivery system. The Reiki practitioner serves as a vessel that supplies healing energies where they are most needed. Reiki's ki-energies flow out of the practitioner's body through the palms of the hands while they are touching the recipient's body.

Intuitive Tarot/Oracle Readings:

In true form to honor you and your path it is important to remember that readings unfold the mapping of where you’ve been, where you are, and the options/opportunities that are born of your present time’s decisions and follow throughs. Nothing is set in stone and you are the weaver/co-creator of your life. Readings with me allow for a space “to see the forest through the trees”, allow for validation/confirmation of what you already know (but may be mentally foggy about), and a peak into the space of where you are heading and what you are creating/birthing.

These sessions are to be coupled with an intake, and potentially a reading. They are based on the information that flows through the invitation of feeling into and listening to your body’s. From this space we co-create one of the following products to support your self-care practice.

-Sacred Smudge Spray: A blended combination of Essential oils and vibrational essences. Engage, support, nourish, and revive your senses. These sprays are wonderful for use of clearing/uplifting/setting your sacred space, home, office, car, aura/energy-field, or they can be used as an aromatherapy spray….and best of all they are blended especially for you.

-Aromatherapy Roll-on or Diffuser Blend: Grounded in high quality body oil several scents are blended together to work with your limbic system, emotional, mental, and potentially your physical body’s.

-Flower Essence Formulation: Flower, gem, & vibrational essences are subtle yet potent forms of energy “medicine”. They work through the subtle bodies to support healing, growth, awakening, remembering, emotional & mental support. Each formula is co-created to support specific goals and desires based on an in depth in-take & assessment session.
