Yoga & Resonance (re)Alignment.....What is it?

It is a multi-layered, multi-disciplined offering; weaving and integrating yoga practices, 432hz crystal sound bowls for resonance (re)alignment/ healing aka sound bathing, breath, & presence.  Holding space to bring forward the gifts & wisdoms of the Fall season: Cleansing, Releasing, Harvesting, & the beginning of turning & settling inward.

Lori & Lauren wove together this offering to invite you to  re-align with your roots, explore your strength & stability (not just the physical), to be present with your self, release/let go of what is not you or yours & revitalize your authentic/pure essence.

The flow and what to expect:

-Opening and Anchoring into here and now.

-Yoga flow with chakra/theme specific intention

-Sound Bathing/Resonance (re)Alignment & Heart Centering/Zero Point

-Yoga flow with chakra/theme specific intention & Sound Bath

-Integration & Closing

Please bring:

A Yoga mat and blanket

Any crystals or tools/items that you work with/support you.

Journal & Pen

If you have a Blue Bottle or cup (if you're interested in purchasing a blue bottle please reach out.)

Any other things that you feel called to bring or allow you to feel comfortable.
