Policies & Procedures

*Online Booking:All cancelations must be made 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment.  48hr cancelations will receive a full refund of any/all payments made online, a 24hr cancelation will receive credit toward a future appointment if an online payment has been made.  

 

Appointments and Sessions:  Late arrivals will be seen for the remainder of their scheduled time and charged the full price of the scheduled session.  We reserved the right to charge for the full scheduled session should you be late, cancel last minute, or miss your appointment.  We also reserve the right to charge for the full scheduled session should you be dismissed due to inappropriate behavior and or misconduct.

 

*All purchases are non-refundable.  We allow for transfers from one person to another.  This includes and is not limited to all regularly priced sessions, specials, packages, & gift certificates.
