Cancellation Policy

All cancelations must be made 12hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. 48hr cancelations will receive a full refund of any/all payments made, a 12hr cancelation will receive credit toward a future appointment. Late arrivals will be seen for the remainder of their scheduled time and charged the full price of the scheduled session. We reserved the right to charge for the full scheduled session should you be late, cancel last minute, or miss your appointment. We also reserve the right to charge for the full scheduled session should you be dismissed due to inappropriate, lude, or sexual misconduct.
